Spec Support Employ
Dara Care aims to provide Specialised supported employment programmes to our NDIS participants under the NDIS Core budget programme.
These programmes are designed for all of our employed participants who require extra assistance or help and are less independent in performing tasks and pursuing their employment goals at work.
These participants are receiving additional training to assist them operate the workplace and stay focused in their communication and job customisation.
Learn new skills, gain confidence, earn a wage, and develop career opportunities, all in the context of a commercial environment. This is more than just a job. - Complex Bowel Care
- Enteral (Naso-Gastric Tube – Jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management
- Urinary Catheter Management (In-dwelling Urinary Catheter, In-out Catheter, Suprapubic Catheter)
- Subcutaneous Injections
- Complex Wound Management
- Severe Dysphagia Management
